CONTACT US
Whether you want to book a class, ask about a program, or just find out whether martial arts is right for your family, we would rather talk to you than have you guess. Call either location directly, send us a message using the form, or drop in and watch a class — you are welcome to come and see what a session actually looks like before committing to anything.

What to expect on your first visit
Come in about ten minutes early so we can show you around and introduce you to the coach taking the class. Wear comfortable athletic clothing — you do not need a uniform to start, and we train barefoot on matted flooring, so no shoes are needed on the mat. Bring a water bottle.
If you are bringing a child, you are welcome to stay and watch the whole class. Most parents do. We will talk to you afterwards about which program fits your child’s age and experience, rather than putting them straight into the wrong group.
If you are not sure which class to start with, call ahead and tell us a little about your experience. Some of our sessions are aimed at more advanced students, and we would rather point you to the right one than have your first class be the wrong fit.
