Programs

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
BJJ is a great way to get in shape, lose weight, and build confidence while learning self-defense. It is considered the most effective martial art in the world because it allows a smaller, weaker person to defeat a larger opponent using angles, leverage, and technique.

Judo
Judo came from jujutsu, which was the martial art form used by elite Japanese warriors, the Samurai. As an unarmed martial art, judo consists of throws and sweeps and the main objective of a judoka is to use the opponent’s strength against them and to force the opponent to tap out.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
Known as “the art of 8 limbs’’because it focuses on powerful punches, kicks, knees, clinch work, trips and elbows. This is a great program to get in shape, learn self-defense, relieve stress, and build confidence. Perfect for all levels, our classes combine technique and conditioning in a fun, supportive atmosphere.

Lil Warriors
Our Lil Warriors Program is specifically designed for ages 4 to 6 and teaches skills such as discipline, focus, teamwork, how to move properly (coordination) and the basic fundamentals of martial arts. We also make sure to add some fun and games. Classes are 45 minutes.

Warrior Kids Jiu-Jitsu
This grappling martial art is perfect for kids to learn how to defend themselves against bigger, stronger opponents. Jiu-Jitsu teaches students self control and perseverance through adversity. Through fun and focused training, kids develop valuable life skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Warrior Kids Judo
Judo is a martial art that originated with Japanese Samurai and that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Its techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent’s force to one’s own advantage rather than to oppose it directly.

Warrior Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing
Warrior Kids Muay Thai Kickboxing offers fun, high-energy classes where kids learn powerful striking techniques while building strength and confidence. This class helps children develop focus, discipline, and important life skills in a safe and supportive setting.

New Student FAQ
What should you wear to your first class?
Please bring sandals, crocs or footwear that is easy to take on and off as you will be required to wear footwear at all times off the mats and barefoot on the mats. Shorts and a T-shirt are completely acceptable for all kids and adult classes. Workout attire, such as rash guards and spats are also acceptable. If you plan on attending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Judo and you have a Gi please bring it. We have Gis available for sale that are high quality at affordable prices. Otherwise, please let us know ahead of time so we can have a loaner available.
What kind of equipment should you bring?
If you have equipment such as gloves, shin guards or mouth guards please bring them. Kids 8oz gloves and Adult 16oz gloves and shin guards of all sizes are available for sale. We have loaner gloves and shin guards available on a first come first serve basis.
What should we do on our first day?
How long are the classes?
Lil Warriors classes are 45 minutes. Warrior Kids classes are 1 hour unless otherwise noted. Most adult classes are 1 hour to 1 and a half hours depending on the class schedule. Please check the schedule or shoot us a call or text for any further questions.
